This page in our guide to Layers of Fear 2 contains the solution to the pot and the shadows puzzle which appears in act 3. You have to complete this puzzle soon after unlocking the passage to the bathroom. The puzzle involves interaction with objects located in a dimly lit and changing room.

Reaching the puzzle
You have to solve this puzzle soon after you touch the screen - you reach a flooded corridor with levitating objects (see the picture).
Go to the left door and look through the keyhole.
The game will take you inside the room. The pot is the only fully lit object in this room. Behind it, you can see moving shadows.
This puzzle consists of three parts, and in each of them, your objective is to interact with the correct environment objects. Each successful "sequence" will open access to the next version of the same room.
The first part of the puzzle
In the first part of the puzzle, start by turning off the fan "hidden" in the dark (the picture above).
Go to the pot and press the interaction key.
If you have correctly performed both actions, the light will go through the new keyhole. Move to the keyhole to reach another version of the room.
The second part of the puzzle
In the second part of the puzzle, start again by turning off the fan.
Now, go to the sink and turn the left tap (the picture above). Don't touch the right tap.
Interact with the pot.
Wait for the activation of the new keyhole.
The third part of the puzzle
In the third part of the puzzle, you have to turn on the radio.
Again, go to the sink, but this time turn the right tap. Don't touch the left tap.
Once you've done both of these steps, interact with the pot.
The screen will turn black and white for a moment. A new screen will appear in the room. You can touch it. You will leave this room for good.
