Go Do Hero Things! - Athena's quests walkthrough

This page of the guide to Immortals Fenyx Rising offers a walkthrough for the Go Do Hero Things! story quest. . This is the second task received from Athena.

The first step to completing this task will be to go to the marker that appeared on your compass.

The marker will show you the way to the Stele of Atalanta - once you're there, press the interaction button to read it. However, beware of the nearby bears, as you cannot interact with the Stele during combat.

After interacting with the Stele, go to the next marker, which shows a location a few meters from it.. Your task will be to defeat a wild boar, found near the bowl with pomegranate fruit.

Time for the second Stele - Achiles's All you have to do now is to travel to the marker.

It turns out that the Achilles' statue has to be repaired. First you have to deal with a few soldiers. Defeat them using your axe.

Right in the middle of the site where you fought the soldiers, there is a part of Achilles's statue (a foot) Pick it up, then go up to the statue and put the foot in the right place. You need to enter the tunnels in order to begin the Achilles's trial.

Inside, you will find yourself in a room that resembles an arena. Time to face a few waves of opponents. The first wave consists of several soldiers, the second wave consists of soldiers with shields and a harpy, and the last, the third wave consists of a cyclop and several soldiers.

There are target switches on the left and right of the room - they activate lasers and spikes.

After defeating your opponents, instead of picking up Zeus's lightning, turn back. Here, you can get access to a chest by completing one simple task.

Just guide the arrow of Apollo through the torches to ignite them, then hit all three targets, which will unlock the torch at the very end, which you need to hit. This will unlock the chest - continue by picking up Zeus's lightning.

The next task is related to Odysseus. Go to the new marker that will lead you to the Stele of Odysseus.

Near the sculpture of a horse, at the beginning of its mane, there is a button. Once it's activated, you'll be attacked by three soldiers. As you're outnumbered, use area of effect attacks.

Climb to the very top of the mane - a miniature wooden boat will appear there. Pick it up and carry it to the island, which is located directly in front of you. Be careful, however, as there is a cyclops on the island. Leave the boat for a moment and deal with the Cyclops. Use the surrounding rocks to quickly defeat him.

After defeating the Cyclops, go to the statue of Odysseus and place the small ship on the dedicated place.

Time for the final Stele of Heracles. Go to the new marker. The stele is encompassed in red stone - destroy it and press the interact button.

Straight ahead, on the right is a simple puzzle to solve - just light two unlit torches. After lighting the torches, you will unlock the platform, and when you step on it, two Gorgons will appear. Defeat them, and go left.

On the left is another puzzle. Destroy the red stones and put something light on the platform with the symbol of the feather, and two blocks on the second platform. Now you can stand on platform XII.

While going towards the sculpture of Cerberos, you will come across another puzzle, just shoot down the targets that are in front of you and stand on platform VI.

At the very end, go inside the mouth of the Cerberos to enter the vault.

In the middle of the dungeon, there is a big challenge to overcome, namely the boss, the Hound of Hades, the legendary Cerberos. Walkthrough for the Cerberos fight can be found on a separate page of the guide.

After defeating Cerberos, instead of picking up the Zeus's lightning right away, go a little further forward as there is a chest to loot. Start by pressing the button at the end of the room.

After activating the button, you will spawn a wooden box, which you must transport to the other end of the room. Wait for the right moment and move forward with the crate. Stay close to the center and move forward when the projectiles hit the wall. Do not do it all at once - after passing one Cerberos statue, stop and wait for the projectiles to be fired again. Place the chest on the platform - the chest will be unlocked. Once looted, return to Zeus's lightning.

A cut-scene will begin once you leave the vault. After it is over, head to the temple of Athena.

In the temple, on the left side there is a large golden door. Approach and interact with it to talk to the Oracle.

A new marker will appear that will lead you to Athena. You'll encounter two lions at the location. Use your axe and area of effect attacks to defeat them quickly. Once that is done, a cut-scene will begin, ending the mission.
