Gorio Shanua does not like:

1. Unpainted walls;
2. Filth and trash,
3. To have a kitchen,
4. To have too little space for clothes (dressers, wardrobes).

Hints: if you really want to sell the flat to this client and you have problems with his rivals, you should try building two bedrooms that not all clients like to have, refrain from installing a TV, throw a couple of toys into rooms, have no shelves for books and use single beds. It is best to only have beds, wardrobes, dressers and a complete bathroom in the flat - this will also allow you to earn some extra money by selling unnecessary items.
