The second least demanding client in the game. He will be satisfied with the cheapest, demolished and unfinished flat. You will benefit if you refrain from getting rid of old furniture - even if they are old and demolished. Recommended flat:

1. As small as possible,
2. With old furniture,
3. With a corridor (this is not a type of room) and an office-like room,
4. With a single bedroom and a single bathroom,
5. Both the corridor and the office should be furnished in such a way, so that they look expensive and professional - there is no place for old-fashioned wall units here. In contrast, the remaining rooms should look as cheap and modest as possible - even better if you can use the furniture that came with the house.

Dolan Trusk likes:

1. To have one bedroom,
2. To have one bathroom,
3. To have an office,
4. To have a lot of space for books and documents (shelves, 4-5 units),
5. To have expensive furniture in the office and in the corridor, cheap in other areas.

1. To have more than one bedroom or bathroom,
2. To not have a bedroom or a bathroom,
3. To not have an office,
4. To not have a place to store documents (shelves),
5. To have children items in the house.
