Ann Denis orders a renovation of apartment in devastated condition. This is one of the last orders in House Flipper and it's worth leaving it to yourself at the end when you have a highly developed Perks, so that it can be done quickly and efficiently.

Start with cleaning. It is best to swing your mop on every part of the house (step by step) - a lot of dirt is found in unusual places and is easy to miss them, like a dirty chair in the kitchen in the screen above. You must also wash all the windows, paint the walls, and the bathroom must have a new tiles installed.

During the installation work, a full set of tasks is to be carried out: place a washing machine and a toilet in the bathroom. Install additional radiators in the individual rooms. In the living room change bulbs in the ceiling lamps - point the cursor at them and replace them by using the E key. Similarly, in the room at the entrance to the building: here you have to replace more bulbs in the chandelier. The other hidden parts to repair are two electrical sockets hidden behind the furniture.
