- Reduce players salary - it's the simplest, but hardest to negotiate way. Players aren't eager to agree for salary reduction - first you should conduct a motivational talk and convince them that it is the best solution.
- Sell/loan unneeded players - it is a good idea to sell or loan footballer which isn't needed. It gives opportunity to increase transfer budget or repay debts created while running the club.
- Organize friendly matches - Revenues are being calculated based on analysis of all matches played by your team in leagues or cups. Organizing additional friendly matches is not only an occasion to test your players, but it allows to generate nice income from match day as well.
- Just play well - the better your team plays, the bigger the money your club gets - you gain more from match day, you are rewarded when winning a cup and you get valued players, that can be sold to other teams for a fair price.
