How do you get the Radicals Face Mask?

You can get the Radicals Face Mask at the end of The Elusive Crane quest - its detailed walkthrough is in our guide. Upon returning to Wayward, you discover that the Duchess and her companions have been attacked by Roper's people. You can end this in two ways - by attacking bandits or by choosing a peaceful path that requires Intelligence on at least level 4. Only a peaceful solution will give you the Radicals Face Mask. By selecting the Intelligence dialog option, Roper's gang will leave Wayward, and you will receive one of the legendary items added with Fallout 76 Wastelanders. The mask's damage and energy resistance depend on the amount of health you have (up to a maximum of 35 points).
