On this page of the guide to Diablo 2 Resurrected, you will find a description of The Golden Bird quest, which you will shortly begin after you arrive in Kurast in Act 3.
After reaching Kurast, explore the city, see what the merchants offer and where to find them. Asheara will offer you new mercenaries, Iron Wolves - they are the only ones who use magic to fight.
To start The Golden Bird quest, you have to explore the location, Spider Forest. You will find the figure by defeating one of the monsters - so carefully check what the opponents drop. Also explore the side alleys deep into the forest.
If, after searching the location, you've not found the figurine, it is worth exiting and reloading the game to respawn the enemies on the map. Unfortunately, you will have to explore the entire area once again, but it is sometimes easier than searching blindly.
Bring the figurine you find to Deckard Cain in Kurast Dock. You will send you to Meshifa. Go back to Cain and go to the dealer Alkora. During the second conversation, he'll give you the Potion of Life. This potion will permanently increase your health by 20 points. Therefore, don't wait with finding and using it. After you have obtained the potion, the task will end.
