Your objective is to destroy a part of the city. You don't have to destroy it completely right away. Focus just on the particular part to fill the bar and complete the task.
Destroying buildings
Buildings are worth the most and it seems pretty obvious. The bigger the better. Focus on setting them on fire and wait for the fire to completely destroy them. After a while their core foundations will collapse. Remember, you have to destroy every building. If you just leave it on fire you might not receive any points.
Destroying vehicles
The second most profitable objects of Santa Modesta are vehicles. You'll find a lot of them in town. Usually they're near buildings. Take advantage of this and destroy a few objects and vehicles at once. Set cars on fire or destroy them with a sonic cannon.
Quantum Deconstructor
It's an interesting weapon that will allow you to inflict enormous damage with a single blow. However, it charges very slowly, so you need to be careful and think a lot while using it. It is best used in the middle of the city when there are lots of buildings, cars and people in the area.
