In this section of our game guide to Death Stranding we have prepared information about system requirements (minimum, recommended 30 fps and recommended 60 fps) for the PC version of the game. Death Stranding premiered on consoles in November 2019. The PC version has been released on July 14, 2020.
The developers have released three variants of system requirements - minimum, recommended 30fps and recommended 60fps. Minimum requirements can ensure smooth gameplay in 720p resolution with a stable 30fps. If you meet the recommended system requirements, then you can activate higher quality settings and even play the game in 60fps.

Meeting the minimum system requirements will allow you to run the game at 720p resolution with low level of detail and play at 30 fps.
Recommended system requirements of Death Stranding - 30fps & full HD
- OS: Windows 10 64-bit
- Processor: Intel Core i5-4460 or AMD Ryzen 5 1400
- RAM: 8 GB
- Video card: GeForce GTX 1050 Ti or Radeon RX 570
- Free HDD/SSD space: 80 GB
- Video RAM: 4 GB
Meeting the recommended 30fps system requirements will allow you to run the game at 1080p resolution with low/medium level of detail and play at 30 fps.
Recommended system requirements of Death Stranding - 60fps & high quality
- OS: Windows 10 64-bit
- Processor: Intel Core i7-3770 or AMD Ryzen 5 1600
- RAM: 8 GB
- Video card: GeForce GTX 1060 or Radeon RX 590
- Free HDD/SSD space: 80 GB
- Video RAM: 6 GB
Meeting the recommended 60fps system requirements will allow you to run the game at 1080p resolution with high level of detail and play at 60 fps. This is the best option, not only due to the quality of stunning visuals, but especially due to the movements you have to perform while climbing mountainous areas.
