Single player mode - is it available?
Yes, Conan Exiles offers a single player mode. Right after startup, in the main menu, you can choose either to play online or choose a single/cooperation mode. By choosing the second option, you need to answer whether you want coop gameplay or solo playing only.
Who can join your coop session?
By choosing cooperation, you're largely creating a local server which allows up to 4 players (including the host) to join a single session. You cannot play coop if you're offline.
Moreover, players who joined your game cannot be farther than 50 kilometers away from each other.
