Available: since the beginning of the game

The Speed Track is the abandoned airport, where you can check the maximum speed of the selected car along the entire length of the runway.

As always, you can change the camera view with the C key.

Note - the road ends at some point. You can turn and accelerate in the opposite direction, or turn left and circle back around. Then you can explore the entire airport with airplane wrecks and hangars.
