As the head of your company in Bus Simulator 18, you get an opportunity to develop constantly. One of the elements that you can develop is to increase the size of your company. Buy a new bus first before you hire a new employee. The description for purchasing new buses can be found on the separate page.

Once you get a new bus, you can hire a new employee. You can choose from a few CVs. These people don't differ much from each other, they all want to earn the same amount of money and they have the same experience. Click on HIRE button to add that person to your company.

Then, you have to go to the route options and open its settings. Here, you can choose a bus and an employee who will get assigned to this route. After that you don't have to worry about your employee and bus. Your driver will keep earning money for the company.
