On this page of our guide you will learn what you can do in the first location available in ATOM RPG and how to perform particular tasks. Before entering the city it is best to look around the area and collect interesting resources.
Guard
Before you enter the city, talk to a man standing at the gate. He will tell you about bunker 317. This will be one of your next tasks.
The guard will also ask you for a bottle of beer. You can buy it at the bar for 14 roubles or find it while exploring the world. If you give him a beer you will complete the task. As a reward you will receive experience points and money.
The Bar
In the bar you can talk to several people. The barman will ask you to bring a book. His copy of "The Lord of the Rings" is waiting for you in the bookstore in Karsnozamenny.
You can also talk to Katya at the bar. She will offer you a special drink. When you drink it you will get extra experience points and extra points to increase your protection against poison and hunger.
Katya will ask you for 5 red mushrooms. They grow around the town. Collect them and bring them to the woman. This will give you experience points and a note for Kovalev.
General's house
On the screen above we showed the place where the general and his guard reside. Go there and you will be able to gain a new skill.
In the General's house there are bookshelves. Search them carefully to find "Short dictionary of criminal". Once you have found the book, read it and you will unlock the "Streetwise" skill.
A Rat
After completing the task from Katya, go to Kovalev. After talking to him, you will find out that there is a rat in the shelter, in the city. After this conversation, go to a bald man and talk to him about the rat. Remember not to accuse him right away, but simply get information about his identity from him. Return to Kovalev with new info. You should get money for just getting the information.
Return to the bald man and tell him the truth. Follow him to an abandoned hut outside the city, beat him up there and take his belongings.
Then talk to Kovalev again and you will get the next part of the reward.
Shelter
In this location you will find an abandoned hut and a shelter in it. Here, you can also fight against a rat.
In the hut you will find a light switch, when you turn it on, a flap will appear on the floor. Then you will be able to move the bed and get to the flap. Open the flap and go down to the shelter hidden under the cottage. In the shelter you will find a desk, two cabinets and a closed safe.

Old man
In Otradnoye, you can get a shovel for free. It's not suitable for attacking enemies, but it's great for digging holes and opening graves. With a shovel you can get a lot of additional valuable items. There is a cemetery near the city. Nobody will pay attention to the fact that you dig graves. This way will be able to obtain a lot of resources.
To get a shovel in ATOM RPG the first thing you have to do is to talk to an old man. He will ask you to harvest and bring corn.
Corn is just behind his hut. In the field, in addition to corn, you will find a shovel. You can pick it up and store it in your inventory.
Take corn to the old man and he will give you one flask and weapon. In addition, you will get experience points for completing the task.
Water Tower
In the city of Otradnoye you will find a water tower. You will learn from the local people that the mechanic disappeared and they remained without water.
Go to the engine and try to repair it. You will receive experience points for starting it. Then go to the residents of the city, and as a reward you will get 50 rubles.
Fisherman
A fisherman fishes in the upper left corner of the location. You can talk to him. After having a chat, you will find out that he will share valuable knowledge with you for a bottle of vodka.
For vodka, go to the bar. There, for 27 rubles you can buy the bottle.
Return to the fisherman with the bottle. Give it to the fisherman and you will get a valuable skill - Entomologist. Thanks to it you will be able to extract additional ingredients from the animals. Additionally, you will be able to fish in designated places.
