Chapter 6 - All Secrets and Collectibles
There are 3 secrets and collectibles to find in Chapter 6 of Plague Tale: Requiem. These are:

Hugo's Herbarium #1 - Jay
During the initial stage of the chapter, you'll reach a large glade, and Amicia and Hugo decide to run for the large tree.
By the tree, the heroes find a feather left by one of the local bird species. Hugo decides to add it to his herbarium, even if this find is a fauna specimen.
Souvenir #1 - Imagine You're Flying!
During your journey, you'll come across a pilgrim camp, and to get this find, you'll need to explore its first part thoroughly. The opportunity to get this collectible takes place before meeting with Perreux.
At the camp, find the side path between the tents shown in the screenshot above.
A new path will lead you to a swing - you need to interact with it. The secret will be unlocked once Amicia gets off the swing.
Souvenir #2 - Which Color Do You Want?
The opportunity to get this collectible appears later in the chapter, after you reach a large building filled with rats. During the exploration of this building, you'll need to use Ignifer and tar to clear the way to the nearby stairs - this is a mandatory step in order to continue with the story.
To have an opportunity to get this secret, once you're in the room with the workbench, don't open any doors. Instead, use the nearby ladder.
Once you reach the upper floor, you need to crouch and squeeze through a hole in the wall.
The path leads to a new room with paintings. Take a moment to look at them, and Hugo will change Amicia's bandage. This action unlocks the collectible.
