Below, four elements of the equipment are marked:

1. All the tools that Scout can use are here. Since they are often needed for crafting, their slots are locked, and cannot be used for other items.

2. This is Scout's backpack. Here, you should only keep non-critical, yet often used, resources. The food kept in your pack can be consumed separately or as a whole.

3. Aesop should carry the most important resources - in case of death, his inventory is not lost - contrary to Scout's.

4. Raft Stash is only accessible while docked, so the best idea is to keep here the stuff needed for maintaining the raft itself. Alternatively, those materials that don't deteriorate can be used later for crafting an important item.
