For this mission, you should select the explosive drone. The cocaine cache is located in the north part of the base. Circle around it, so that you can use your drone to reach the cache. You will also have to eliminate an enemy sniper on your way.

Get the drone as close to the cocaine cache as possible and detonate the charge. Now leave the area before you get detected.
