The rebel doctor

Your first task is to speak with the rebel doctor. Before you actually do that, head to the main road and plant some C4 charges. This will be a surprise for enemies that will assault the hospital during the mission.

Windows are the best place to take your stand and defend the building

It's time to defend the hospital. Pay attention to the mini map, and when you notice incoming reinforcements, detonate your C4 charges. During combat, stay in the building - this will keep you safe from the hostile chopper. Remember to dismantle the silencer, as it reduces damage dealt by your rifle.
