Talk with the first victim and then go to the next one. Once you reach the destination, the person will be attacked by a hooded opponent. Fight with him for a while, watching out for the counterattacks he might perform if you won't break his guard. After a short battle, the enemy will escape.
Use the eagle vision to find his trail and then the trail on the building. In the place where the track will end (a boot print on the beam) go slightly right, where you will again find the trail on the nearby building. Go from there to the place ahead (there are few enemies nearby) and climb on the building, where you will examine the last mark.
You will find the secret entrance on the right side of the building, on the ground level (passage to the sewers). You will get there by using the zipline (the building's roof ahead) and then jumping below. Watch out for the enemies on the building on the left side and for one enemy walking along the building.
Important: You must complete the side objective before walking into the sewers. In order to do it, use the zipline on the building on the left when standing in the place where you found the last track of Jack. Two enemies are standing on the roof, the dynamite chest is located next to the closer one. Shoot it and the enemy will be blown.
Once you're below, kill the three enemies (use the element of surprise). Once you're done, the Spring-Heeled Jack will join the battle. Fighting him is similar to facing other opponents, just watch out for his ability to counter Jacob's attacks. Killing the last opponent will end this mission.
Challenges
Kill the cultist with dynamite - before walking to the secret room under the building, blow the chest with dynamite when the enemy will be nearby. You will have one of the opportunities to do it on the roof of the building on the left side of the warehouse (the enemy near the chimney). Another opponent can be found inside the warehouse.
