You can reach the view point in few ways. One of the simplest is climbing on the roof of the building and then finding the window (entrance) near the marked point.
Important: you can get to the room with doctor in two ways: with the obtained key (nurse occasion) or by switching the body (young doctor occasion). The way described below allows you to use both occasions and complete the side objectives.
Once the cutscene ends, you should take care of the nurse occasion. You will find her near the entrance point - leave the building through the nearby window and then jump below. On the left side you should now notice the nurse icon - enter the room through the above window and talk to her.
Your objective is to steal the key. You will find the person with the key in the main part of the building. He is frequently walking on the stairs. Wait for him at the right time (for example when he will return upstairs or on the balcony above), watching out for few other enemies (if you're afraid you can be detected, you can easily and silently eliminate few of them). After the theft you will obtain the main key that will allow you to open previously closed door. Go back to the nurse and release her.
The next step is going to the morgue. You can do it from the place where you have freed the nurse - select the first corridor on the left, then turn left at its end (one turned in the other direction enemy on the way, another in the corridor). If you have the Lockpicking II skill, you will open the door at the end of the road - they lead to a room full of guests. After entering through this door you will have the morgue on your left (if you don't have the needed skill, you can also get there by using other road, through the first floor).
Important: If you don't want to use the second occasion to kill the doctor in a special way, you don't need to go to the morgue (however, you will miss the side objective). In the corridor mentioned above (screen, first turn left from the location of the nurse) you will find a door, in the middle, on the right side. You can open it with the key, kill the doctor and escape through the same road without being detected.
You must be careful in the corridor leading to the morgue, there are many opponents there. It is best to walk around the main corridor slightly from the left side (a single opponent behind a pile of clothes) and then, in the last room, kill two "researchers" with their back turned on you (side objective). Finally, go to the bottom.
You will face one enemy in the corridor, and another one in the room. It is a good idea to neutralize them, it will make moving the body easier. The body is located in the last room, pick it up and throw to the nearby closet. If you killed the previously mentioned two enemies, you will have a clear path. Then lie down in the place of the corpse.
This way you will be transported straight to the doctor. Use the element of surprise and kill the target. Then leave the building through the nearest exit. If you are detected, ignore the opponents and run towards the exit where a carriage is waiting for you. Leaving the territory will end the mission.
Occasions
Nurse - a possibility to obtain the main key that opens the locked door in the building. This will allow you to get to the room with the doctor without the need of going to the morgue.
Young doctor - switching the corpses will make it easier to kill the doctor.
Challenges
Halt the electroconvulsive therapy session- eliminate the two enemies conducting an experiment in the morgue. You will find them when going to the body at the bottom level (young doctor occasion).
Do not fire a single bullet - just avoid using any guns during the mission.
