The optional objective can be easily completed in the location of the first evidence. Two policemen are walking along the wall, three other are turned towards the bystanders. Two next evidence are guarded by smaller number of policemen. Stun them or wait for the moment when there is no one near the evidence. Finally, move the body to one of the hideouts. Before picking it up it is wise to learn about the enemy position and maybe stun few more policemen so that they will not see you walking with the body. After destroying the evidence and hiding the body, talk with the superintendent.

Challenges

Stun the policemen (4) - the policemen are moving along the same paths, so all you need to do is get behind their back and attack. In the first place with the evidence you can easily eliminate two walking and two other standing with their back turned on you.
