Go to Shangri-La

1. Leave New Serena and continue to the quest marker. Use the opportunity and buy some food and meds, as you'll be facing a lot of opponents.

Go to Big Lo's Room

4. You'll be subjected to another important cut-scene that will shed the light on the current state of affairs. Nevertheless, the conversation with Lo will be interrupted by a phone call - Hirose and Haruto had disappeared!
