The bed can be found in the passage where you get by the boat, near the main entrance to Wolfenstein castle. The boat itself is on the right. When you get to the place shown in the picture, you will be able to experience the second nightmare. The second nightmare is in the second chapter, entitled Docks.

Minigun is one of the weapons hidden in the nightmare.

In this nightmare follow the same rules as is in the first one. While exploring the area, keep close to walls so not to miss any secret room. As in the case of the first one, your task is to find the exit and silver plates. All these are marked on the map, so you can find every secret in the nightmare.

The above picture shows the place where you can get using a secret passage. There are many of those, and each one is marked on the map. In the place in the picture there are also silver plates needed to unlock the collectible character. In order to unlock the sentry with a rifle you have to collect all 66 silver plates.
