When the mission starts, wait until you're on the bridge, then drop the weird device that will stop the train. Then get on the bridge when Fergus tells you. Head towards the first carriage and find a rifle upgrade - rocket launcher. In the next carriage, you'll find a guy with the same weapon. When you defeat him, cross this compartment and head left.
Go all the way up, pass the first hole and jump into the compartment (dark green) that's a bit farther. Cross the knocked down train and exit through the last window. Enter the next carriage and go up when you see a steel beam.
There will be a large, armored enemy at the end of it, but you shouldn't have any trouble defeating him as long as you have a few rockets. He won't be alone because some enemies turned a compartment on the opposite side into a bunker. If you have a laser sight, you'll be fine. There will be a cannon on the left, use rockets against it.
After the fight, go to the first floor of the carriage, then to the roof. Turn around and cross the beam to the other one. Cut the grate with your burner. If you don't have enough energy, just wait, because it recharges. Turn right and get out of the carriage, killing a dog on your way.
Jump from the vertical carriage to the bridge. When you're at the bottom, go forward and a horde of Nazis will attack you. To defeat them, kill the armored one and use his weapon. Keep going up and enter the white building on your right. Keep climbing up, then down to the balcony with a cannon. Destroy the vent grate and jump into the warehouse.
When you kill everyone there, go downstairs and climb the pipes on the left, then jump down to the balcony in a machine room. Kill the enemies there and get outside. Climb down the ladder and jump to the next part of the balcony. You'll see an unpleasant cutscene, then jump into the helicopter.
It's time for a brief helicopter ride. Before you get out, take the gun and kill everyone in sight. There will be quite a lot of enemies, but you'll kill them fairly quickly with this weapon. When it's over, get out of the helicopter and run forward. Jump into the next carriage and run down the stairs to a lower floor, then jump to the one below. Take the documents to finish the chapter.
