The Low Road
The gang hideout is in the enclosed area under the highway. The good news is that the area is not too well secured and, as a result, you can enter the red zone from many sides.
Some sort of a handicap is the fact that there are no cameras around, thanks to which you could locate the mission target easily. Instead, you need to rely on taking cover and observing the minimap readings. The target is staying in the central part of the encampment (the above screenshot).
I recommend that you approach the mission target from the North, e.g. in the location where the fence ends and you can climb over the wall. As for the enemies around the target, you can either eliminate them or distract them. Wait for a good moment to attack and leave the hideout, after you have taken down the target.
The Tower
The gang hideout is one of the skyscrapers in the Mad Mile. You will have to make it over to one of the floors, where there is the garage, because this is where the target is staying.
Your first task is to locate the interactive elevator and use it, thanks to which you will reach one of the top floors of the skyscraper. Exit the elevator and head towards the successive floors. Stop after you approach the red zone that is being patrolled by the enemies.
I recommend that you eliminate the first guard from afar and approach the rest of the enemies, only afterwards. Start the Profiler and start hacking into the nearby cameras, mark the enemy positions. The target of the mission is staying at the higher level, in the location shown in the above screenshot.
You can make it over to the top level of the skyscraper, e.g. by using the new interactive platform. Keep vigilant here, because on the same level, there also are several other enemies. It would be a good idea to use a suppressed weapon to eliminate them although, even if you make a mistake, you will not encourage the target to flee. After you have eliminated the target, I recommend that you get into one of the cars and take a long jump. Still, you can just as well take the elevator.
