Go towards the gate, towards the turret, from the Western side of the base. Open it and climb to the upper floor. Eliminate the sniper at the window, you can also collect his weapon. In the middle of the square, there is a small building - that is where the terminal is.
Hack into the camera in this building - on its north side, there are two guards standing. The one leaning against the crate has the access key that you need. Jump onto the window, now, and go under the building.
The next step is going to require some reflex. Lurk at the stairs and wait for the patrolling guard to go right. Then, approach him and knock down the one leaning one. Then, hide behind the crates. Then, hide behind the crates - until he sees the body of his colleague, he will not raise the alarm - and knock him down at the right moment. Now, the Northern entrance to the building is safe.
Now, enter and hide behind the crate with the laptop. Nobody is going to see you here, when you are hacking the server.
After you have successfully completed the action, exit the building via the path that you came here and away from the sight of the rest of the guards, go towards the Western gate and leave the premises.
