Meet up with Damien
To start the first mission of the second act of the campaign mode, you need to reach the green marker at the water, on the Western side of The Loop. After you activate the mission, remain in the starting point and turn towards the three large screens at the opposite river bank. From the hacked signal, you will learn that Damien is currently staying at Nicole's house.
In spite of what you might think, you do not need to race against time. Just to remind you, Nicole's house is located at the housing estate in the Parker Square district. After you get there, use the smartphone on the main gate, park the car after you reach the house and enter to see a cutscene of the meeting with Damien.
Reach the first platform
After Aiden finishes locating Jackson's phone and determines that he might soon be captured, go to the South-East. You need to reach the platform marked by the game. Here, you will watch a short cutscene, from which you will learn the fixers are trying to locate the car with the boy inside. You need to prevent them from doing that.
Hack the rail
While completing this mission, you need to remain undetected by the enemy mercenaries, because you will otherwise fail the mission. Apart from that, you need to hurry, because you have less than minute, to hack into the railway with Jackson onboard. Start moving slowly towards the station. Hide behind the low wall, or any vehicle and locate one of the fixers with a camera on him (an example in the above screenshot). Hold down the hacking key/button to switch to the view from that camera.
Wait for the fixer to turn towards the rail, which will provide you with an opportunity to hack into it. Again, hold down as appropriate key/button, which will set the rail into motion and save Jackson from being kidnapped.
Eliminate the fixers
Quickly, return to the car, which you drove here (or break into any other) and follow the fixers. The plan is that you stop the two vehicles, marked by the game, before they reach the next rail station. The easiest way to do that is by using neutralization on the cars so, wait for the moments at which it will be possible to use the elements of the surroundings (bollards, hot-steam pipes, road spikes, etc.) to destroy the enemy cars.
An alternative way to eliminate the marked mercenaries is to run over them and shoot them, in the course of direct fire exchange. Do that, however, only when you have immobilized their cars and the mercenaries get out. It is worth noting that, apart from the two opponents from the marked cars, you will also have to deal with reinforcements that will join in. Fortunately, the new opponents are not interested in kidnapping Jackson.
Reach the second platform
The ending to this mission is simple. Get into any car and drive towards the next platform, located in the Southern part of the Parker Square district. After you get to the station, enter the marked railcar and see the cutscene.
