This page of the secrets guide for Uncharted 4: A Thief's End has locations of the treasures in chapter 10 - The Twelve Towers. Our tips will help you complete chapter 10 in 100%.
Many of the treasures are well-hidden, so you will have to explore the map carefully. To make the process easier, we provided you with some tips. Remember that it is possible to collect some of the secrets in a different order, as Nate has a lot of freedom when it comes to exploring the area.

Treasure 1 - Sawasa Ware Tobacco Box
The first secret can be found in the presented ruins. You can get there right after you start the chapter. It's hidden in its upper part, so you have to climb up to collect it.
Treasure 2 - Eroded Flintlock Pistol
The next secret is located near the waterfall. Use your jeep to reach the waterfall (see screenshot), and enter a secret cave behind it.
Leave your allies here and explore the rest of the cave by yourself. There is interactive container on the upper left shelf (see picture 1). Grab it with your grappling hook, pull it down and push towards the right stone shelf. Climb it and collect the secret (picture 2).
Treasure 3 - Mughal Ivory Powder Flask
Secret number three can be found in small ruins where you can use the winch for the first time. On the ground floor you can discover a symbol that will grant you an entry to the journal, and on the upper floor there is a treasure (you will have to do some climbing).
Treasure 4 - Parchment Scroll
Secret four is in a small ruined building, by the road that you will come across soon after you use the winch (see screenshot).
Treasure 5 - Ancient Fertility Idol
Secret number five can be collected soon after you get secret four. Just reach the area presented in the screenshot.
Exit your vehicle and head for the rocks. Jump over one of the boulders to get to the desired area. The treasure is on your left.
Treasure 6 - Pocket Celestial Map
The next secret can be located in small ruins presented in the picture. You will encounter them on your way from the tower (where you fought mercenaries) to the main part of the map. Climb up to get the treasure.
Treasure 7 - English Ale Bottle
Secret seven is in the left part of the biggest area. Locate the building presented in the screenshot and drive your jeep close to its wall. This is the only way you can climb the roof.
Use any weapon to shoot explosive barrels and gain access to the inner part of the building. Use it and get to the main room where the treasure can be found.
Treasure 8 - Pewter Letter Cylinder
Secret eight can be located in the right part of the biggest area. Find the presented well and park your jeep right next to it. Approach the bonnet, interact with the winch and use it to jump down the well.
You will get to a small cave. Head right, but stick to the edge, not to attach the rope to one of the pillars. You want to tie it to the pillar that will have the winch symbol above it. Tie the rope and wait for Sully to use reverse, and thus collapse the pillar.
This will let you use the wooden log, turn right and jump towards an interactive edge. There is a treasure in the upper cubby.
Treasure 9 - Mughal Box
Secret nine is in a ruined house on a hill (see picture). It is situated to the left of the biggest area of the map, and you will need to use narrow mountain path to reach it.
Treasure 10 - English Musket Bandolier
Secret ten is located more to the right of the biggest area. Use the presented tunnel to reach the ruins.
When you get to the ruins, you will have to deal with some mercenaries, and only then you will be able to locate the well (see screenshot). It is possible that you will have to destroy some explosive barrels to gain access to it. Jump inside and collect the treasure.
Treasure 11 - Antique Tea Tin
Secret eleven is in the ruins located far left in the biggest part of the map (see screenshot). You will have to eliminate some foes first.
Once the battle is over, look around for the detonator presented in the picture. Use it to unlock access to one of the buildings. Get inside and collect the treasure at the end of the corridor.
Treasure 12 - Scottish Two Pence Coin
Secret twelve is at the top of a small tower on a hill. You will get there soon after you leave the biggest area of the map, but before you reach the drawbridge.
Treasure 13 - Scottish Snuff Mull
You will find secret thirteen when you get to the large tower. Before you access it, look to your left. The secret is in the position presented in the screenshot.
Treasure 14 - Brass and Ivory Tankard
In one of the rooms of the tower, there is the next secret. You will get there soon after you reach the switch and open the gate. It's behind the crates on the left.
Treasure 15 - Muff Pistol
The last secret is in the same room as secret fourteen. Locate crates in the right part of the room (see screenshot), and use firearms or explosives to destroy them.
