On this page of the Tunic guide, you will learn the wand's location and how to find it. This is the basic magic weapon in the game that will let you fight from a distance.

To find a wand, you need to get the sword, shield, and lantern first. We describe how to collect them all on pages: Sword - how to find?, Shield - how to find? and Lantern - how to find? .

The wand is hidden in Overworld, the first location in the game. To reach it, you will first have to visit the West Garden. However, entering it is possible only after reaching the Dark Tomb - the crypt hidden behind the mill and the Flooded Well. You will find the passage to it to the right of the stairs by the first shrine (checkpoint) in Overworld.

Dark Tomb is almost impossible to cross without a lantern, as it is pitch blackness in there. Go forward but very slowly, as you will encounter Fleemers and hidden spikes on your way. At the end of the straight path, you will find a room with a simple puzzle that requires you to interact with two items placed on the right and left sides of the room. You shouldn't have much trouble finding them, but watch out for enemy attacks the whole time.

Then you will unlock a secret passage down the catacombs. Go down the ladder. You will find a few dark rooms with Fleemers and spikes, but you've rather learned how to deal with them. However, besides them, you will also encounter another obstacle - these are temple statues that shoot a laser from the eyes. Touching it can be very painful, so destroy the statue with your sword first, and then move on. Repeat the process several times.

An even greater challenge awaits you in the last room - a dozen or so statues with lasers. Here you will need bombs or to do rolls because you have to get to the other side of the room where the lever is. After activating it, you will open a passage through which you will get to the East Garden.

The East Garden is one of the main locations in Tunic, which we describe in the chapter: Locations. Here, you will find one of the major bosses and many standard enemies - from Chompignom to Fairies. You won't find any puzzles on your way - just stick to the path marked by the game until you reach the Garden Knight. Defeating it will unlock a passage to the Western Bell Tower, where you will ring the second bell, which is required to find the wand (we describe the first bell on the page: Sword - how to find?).

Now, go back to the first shrine in Overworld. Right behind i,t you will find the golden, mysterious gate. If you have hit both bells, interact with the doors - they will open and lead you to the Sealed Temple.

Go inside, run for a while and then turn right and go all the way to the wall. The perspective will try to trick you, but with a bit of perceptiveness and patience, you will go through a secret tunnel and get to the top of the temple.

At the top, you will find an exit and this is where you should go. Then, stick to the slope, use the ladder, avoid Rudeling standing on guard and keep going straight ahead. You will find a gold plate with patterns in front of which lies the wand.
