In ToF, maintaining a steady income of resources and currency is a constant struggle. . On this page of the Tower of Fantasy guide, you will learn what the Bygone Phantasm mode is. Bygone Phantasm is a challenge that involves defeating as many opponents as possible.
How do I start Bygone Phantasm?
To take part in Bygone Phantasm, you must enter the Adventure menu (upper right corner), and then select Challenge tab. You'll learn more about the Adventure menu on a separate page. You must be at least level 26 to access the challenge.
After entering the Bygone Phantasm tab, the menu for this challenge will appear on the screen. In the center of the screen you can see weapons that will give you a damage bonus and edge in the current session (they change regularly, forcing the players to use different weapons). In addition, you can also read the general rules of the mode there. The main idea is that your weapon will have its level increased for the duration of the challenge .
In the bottom left corner you will find out what your rank was (or if at all) in this challenge in the previous week.
On the right side of the screen you can see the rewards you will receive for clearing the different "floors". In addition, you can change the weapon you are using here and start the game (Sneak button).
After starting this mode (and between rounds) you will land on a platform with an orange "matrix". To start the actual challenge, you have to approach it and interact with it.
Gameplay
Bygone Phantasm is a challenge involving defeating waves of enemies . However, every 5 waves, a mini-boss will appear
Remember that you need to clear the wave within the allotted time. You can check how much is left inthe top left corner of the screen .
On the right , however you can view information crucial to the challenge, such as, how many opponents are left, how much time you have, and the level of your opponents.
After defeating your opponents, a breach will appear. After approaching it, you can decide to repeat the current level or move to the next one.
This is a competitive mode. At the beginning of each week, prizes are awarded to the best players. You will get information about it via in-game messages.
This mode offers 2 types of rewards . For each group of enemies you defeat, you will be compensated immediately. However, if you find yourself in a ranked position at the end of the week, you can expect to receive an additional treasure on Monday.
