Research & Debate is a new skill added by The Sims 4 Discover University. This ability unlocks the option to have debates with other Sims and even influencing others' opinions. Developing Research & Debate is required to advance in the new careers - Education and Law. On this page, you will learn how to develop this skill and check its levels.
How to start?
Unlocking Research & Debate skill is simple - click on a mirror and select the option to practice debate. You can also use this option to develop the skill. Another way to develop this skill is to use an Electromagnetic Research Archive Machine - you can buy it for 12,000 Simoleons or use it for free at the University. Of course, debating with other Sims also affects the development of this ability.
