In the first episode of The Walking Dead: The Final Season called Done Running you can find five secrets. Those are items that can be picked up, stored in the backpack and later hanged in your room as decorations. For collecting all of the secrets you will acquire the Scavenger trophy and placing them in your room will also reward you with To Make it Look Nice trophy. The following list shows the locations of all of the secrets.

#1 Skull with antlers
You will find it in the first chapter, just after the game starts. Once you leave the car and head towards the house, turn left and go behind the door. The skull will be lying on the barrels.
#2 Artificial flowers
Artificial flowers can be found in the second act, soon after it begins. Once Marlon directs you to school to meet with Louis, you will be standing in the corridor with the stairs leading upwards. Go behind them, where you will find yellow, artificial flowers.
#3 Real flowers
Real flowers can be found in act 1, once you get back from zombie hunting and you will arrive at the courtyard, just before the dinner. Head towards Louis and Omar and then towards the corner of the building. The flowers can be found on the bench, by the wall.
#4 AJ's picture
This secret is acquired automatically, after completing chapter 1. Once you get back to your room with AJ, the boy will start drawing the picture. Regardless of whether you tell the boy to give Violet her crayons or let him keep them, AJ will finish the picture, giving it to you.
#5 Cat's skull
During act 2 you need to select the option to go fishing, instead of hunting. Once the dialogues are over, you will find the secret lying above the fireplace.
#6 Tenn's drawing
This secret is also acquired automatically, after getting back from hunting/fishing. You will meet Tenn, drawing a picture, on the courtyard. Regardless of whether you agree to be in the drawing, you will still receive the item. This is the last secret - acquiring it (provided that you acquired all of the previous ones as well) will unlock the Scavenger trophy.
