Walkthrough
You will receive this assignment during your conversation with Secretary Clark. He will ask you to send a message to Earth Directorate. An appropriate terminal is required for the task.
One of them can be found in Chairman Rockwell's office, located in the Administration Building. You can get to the office through the room located to the left of the elevator. Open it with the key you received from the Minister. Platt will talk to you but this doesn't mean you are in trouble.
Afterwards, go through the hole in the wall and use the terminal located in the office. The task will be completed as soon as you send the message.
