How to easily get more fans (XP), parts and bucks? - the grind guide for Crew 2 The Crew 2 Guide and Walkthrough

Grinding is an inseparable part of The Crew 2. You can advance quicker thanks to it, get expensive cars sooner and obtain achievements more easily. We mean particularly the following:
- Max Out Fury Load - upgrade any vehicle to the highest level (for example level 340/340 for the Alpha GP class)
- Epic Win - equip a vehicle with only epic (pink) parts
- Are you a God? (Say yes) - Reach the Icon 50th level of popularity.
The next part of the guide breaks down two exemplary tournaments, which are great for grinding. These are of course only propositions, and you can find your favorite grinding tournaments yourself.

Recommendation 1 - Jersey City Alpha Grand Prix
The first trophy we recommend is the Jersey City Alpha Grand Prix. These are Alpha GP (AGP) category, which becomes available after your each the Star fame level. They're located near the HQs of the Pro Racing category, so you can easily travel from the race to the center.
During the Jersey City Alpha Grand Prix. You have to complete three laps on a short track. Use the opportunity to learn the track. This should take around 2'20" at first, but you should be able to reduce this score quite significantly as you upgrade the car.
That's not all - after your car reaches level 320, you will be able to change the difficulty level of the cup too hard. This will yield better awards, more fans and bucks. Remember that in order to complete a race on hard, you will have to reach the finish line as the first one.
Recommendation 2 - Airport Terminal D Drift
Another event we recommend is the Airport Terminal D Drift. These are Drift races that become available right after you unlock this discipline and reaching the "Popular" rank.
A big advantage of drift races in general is the fact that they're all time-constrained; you don't have to worry about devoting more time to them than necessary. Then, the cup we recommend is among the easiest in the game. The track is wide and has no additional obstacles - you can learn it pretty well just after a few times. Learn how to max out the number of points for each slide.
In this case you can also increase the difficulty level. The requirements regarding the number of points you need to get become pretty strict here (107000), but if you've learned the track well and had some practice, you should be able to meet them in every run.
Lootboxes
These events offer the chance to earn more bucks and fans, and you can see the prizes even before entering the cups. The awards go beyond that, though - you can also get some lootboxes. They're random, but you can always get at least 2 or 3 parts. This will allow you to work on upgrading your car in the meantime.
Note - if you want to progress even quicker, make sure to install only those from among the blue and pink car parts that provide the best additional stats (such as more fans or better chances of winning better loot). You can use the same strategy when spending the points you got for reaching the Icon level (more about that in the Icon Level in our guide).
Other ways of getting parts
Lootboxes with parts can be unlocked in two ways. The first way of getting them is available right from the beginning of the game - the large Live Rewards boxes. You can find them when you are exploring the game's world - the picture above shows an example of this lootbox. Stop when you notice that a sonar has started working in the minimap located in the corner. The frequency of the waves informs you how close you are to your reward. Keep driving around the area until you come across this box.
Note - The game will give you a part for your currently used vehicle class. Change your vehicle to the class that you want to upgrade before you open a lootbox.
The second way involves Icon lootboxes. They are part of the endgame content. Icon is the last fame level. From now on you can reach new Icon levels - Icon 2, Icon 3, Icon 4 etc. Every 10 levels you get a special lootbox with a unique (pink) part.
Note - Your new part will also be picked accordingly to your current vehicle category (the picture above shows an example - the new part would be for a vehicle from RR category). Change your current category to another if you want to upgrade vehicles from a specific group.
