The duels with the champions of the four main branches - Street Racing, Offroad, Pro Racing and Freestyle - are an important element of career in The Crew 2. The site contains information on how to unlock races with these "bosses" and the rewards provided for their completion.
How to unlock races with The Crew 2 champions?
There are four "boss" races in the game, one for each main competition category - Street Racing, Off-road, Pro Racing and Freestyle. You must unlock each of these duels separately. A race with the champion of a given category is unlocked at the moment of completing at least 70% of related competitions and additional activities. This includes:
- Completing competitions from individual disciplines in a given category (e.g. Street Race, Drift, Drag Race and Hypercar for the Street Racing category).
- Passing tests (skills challenges) for a given category.
- Competing photo ops for a given category (completing the album).
You can check your progress after going to the main menu and calling the Activities tab. Choose the category (branch) you are interested in. You will see the current progress rate expressed in %. From the same menu, you can also choose competitions or challenges that you haven't yet completed.
After you pass the 70% mark, a cut-scene will be displayed and a location marker will be added to the world map, allowing you to start the duel with the champion. Prepare yourself for each and every one of those duels, because you have to use your own vehicles in them. It's good to complete a lot of competitions before and buy better vehicles or upgrade those you already have.

- Tio Marquez (Street Racing category) - Ruler of the Streets trophy, McLaren P1 (HC)
- Tucker Morgan (Off-road category) - Double Down trophy, A500 helicopter
- Clarence Bishop Third (Pro Racing category) - Master of the Line trophy, Aston Martin Vulcan (TC)
- Sofia (Freestyle category) - Creative Thinker trophy, Proto XT3 hovercraft
Note - In order to reclaim each of the new vehicles you must visit the command center for the same category. It doesn't automatically appear in the garage at the character's home.
