Follow the path to the refuge and explore the area by the fallen tree. Then, click on the mountains to look at them more closely.

Walk up to the monument on the rock near the information board. Click on the monument and see what it says.
Reach the refuge
Leave the tram stop by clicking on the door. Follow the path through the mountains until you reach a waterfall. Cross the bridge and keep going up the mountain. When you reach the ladder on the rock, climb the steps to the top of the hill. Finally, cross the bridge and enter the refuge.
