In phase I, the Iron Queen is able to shoot bombs and releases a beam that deals damage and leaves a mark in the ground for a while, which deals damage when you walk over it. In addition, it is able to surround herself with a damaging mist. When she's not shooting, she can lunge at you with her sword and deliver a quick attack.

Phase II

When Titan loses about half of its health, it will transform - Steelrising: The Iron Queen Titan - boss, how to beat? - Versailles - Steelrising Guide, Walkthrough

When Titan loses about half of its health, it will transform. The opponent then charges herself, and a mist forms around her body. This makes the queen faster, stronger and much more aggressive.

She also gets new moves. When transforming, she will shoot energy orbs - this attack is used once per fight. Among her new moves, you she can jump into the air and then move towards you in a flash. She is also more aggressive in close combat and charges more often.

Tactics

It is best to approach the Iron Queen and attack her with melee attacks when she uses her ranged moves - she is then vulnerable at close range. When she jumps up during phase II, you should wait for her to move towards you. If you dodge at the right time, she will be defenseless for a while.

Explosive grenades work very well against her. Aegis stocked with about 30 of these weapons should be able to easily kill the Titan without too much risk or effort (provided the grenades hit the target).
