On this page of our Steelrising guide, you can find out what happens when your heroine dies,

as the latest title from Spiders studio falls into the soulslike genre - this will happen very often. (Maybe not as frequent as in the case of Darksouls series).

Fortunately, the case is simple. Dying will cause the heroine to be reborn in the nearest activated Vestal position. Unfortunately, you'll lose all collected Anima essence.

You can regain them by reaching the site of death. Nevertheless, another death (before regaining the Anima) means that you lose them permanently.
