SnowRunner: Trophies/Achievements - list SnowRunner guide, tips

Last update: 03 December 2021

On this page, you will find the trophy guide to SnowRunner. We have included very detailed descriptions of all 38 game's achievements. You will find out what requirements each achievement has and how to unlock the platinum trophy in SnowRunner.

Key information about SnowRunner's trophies

  1. SnowRunnerhas 38 trophies - 1 platinum trophy (available only on PS4 or PS5), 4 gold, 13 silver, and 20 bronze.
  2. The game doesn't have any trophies associated with DLC, for example, with new locations and other unique content available to Season Pass owners. However, performing some actions in additional stages can bring you closer to unlocking achievements.
  3. SnowRunner has no trophies that you can miss as a result of a mistake. However, you should note that obtaining some achievements can be bugged - they may not unlock despite fulfilling their requirements. It is best to regularly update the game to the latest available version before starting the game.
  4. Collecting all the trophies and the platinum trophy can be very time-consuming because the achievements involve completing all quests and contracts, driving 1000 kilometers off-road, or unlocking all vehicles. You have to reckon with the fact that the platinum trophy can take even over 70 hours. Luckily, the platinum trophy does not require playing the additional content of the game.
  5. Unlike in the game Mudrunner, you can get all trophies in singleplayer mode. Playing the co-op mode to unlock achievements is not recommended, as the game may have problems recognizing actions related to the trophy's requirements.
  6. In the game, there are various collectibles, and some of them are associated with achievements. Finding secrets can be dealt with simultaneously with completing the game, and you don't have to worry that you will miss any collectible and won't be able to get it later.

One with the Truck

Trophy type: platinum

Description: Get all other trophies.

Comment: You can only get the SnowRunner's platinum trophy on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. On the PS5, it is unlocked thanks to the backward compatibility. The game does not have a separate version of this trophy for next-generation consoles.

Yeah, you can drive!

Trophy type: bronze - SnowRunner: Trophies/Achievements - list - Appendix - SnowRunner Guide

Trophy type: bronze

Description: All tutorial tips have been activated at least once.

Comment: By default, the game displays various tutorials in the initial phase of the game about, among others, the basics of control and operating the interface. You do not need to do any specific actions - just read them one by one until all are displayed.

Note - Disabling the tutorial in the game options may prevent you from completing this achievement. It is best not to change the initial tutorial settings until you unlock the trophy.

Once a Farmer always a Farmer

Trophy type: bronze

Description: Smash 500 pumpkins.

Comment: This is one of the time-consuming achievements. It's worth keeping it in mind from the very beginning of the game. Pumpkins can be found on all the game maps, and to destroy them, you have to run them over.

If you find a place with a large number of pumpkins, smash them, and after that, you can save the game. After turning off the game and restarting it, more pumpkins will appear in place of the destroyed ones. This trick can speed up the process of unlocking the trophy.

Goliath

Trophy type: bronze

Description: Use a telescopic crane to raise a special objective semi-trailer at least 5 meters above the ground.

Comment: You can get this trophy in several different ways, and it might be a good idea to look for missions where the Oil Rig Salvage Semi-trailer appears. Raising it with a crane will allow you to unlock the achievement.

The Blue Hall

Trophy type: bronze

Description: Drive 1km in the water.

Comment: It shouldn't be a problem to unlock this trophy simply by playing the game since exploring maps and completing tasks often require you to drive through a river or other water areas. It doesn't have to be deep water, and you don't have to drive 1 kilometer in the water at one go.

Where are the logs?

Trophy type: bronze

Description: Visit every logging area in the game at least once.

Comment: This trophy can be unlocked as you discover more maps that have locations with logs (eg. sawmills). This only applies to maps from the main campaign (those from the DLC are not taken into account), and here is a list of them:

  1. Black River (Michigan) - 1 logging area to find,
  2. Island Lake (Michigan) - 2 logging areas to find,
  3. Drummond Island (Michigan) - 1 logging area to find,
  4. Zimnegorsk (Taymyr) - 1 logging area to find,
  5. Quarry (Taymyr) - 1 logging area to find,
  6. Drowned Lands (Taymyr) - 1 logging area to find,
  7. North Port (Alaska) - 2 logging areas to find,
  8. Mountain River (Alaska) - 1 logging area to find,
  9. White Valley (Alaska) - 3 logging areas to find,

Play your way

Trophy type: bronze

Description: Fix 2000 damage points.

Comment: It shouldn't be a problem to unlock this trophy simply by playing the game, as repairing various machines is often part of the missions. The game adds up the next points, and you do not have to score 2000 points at one time.

  1. Zimnegorsk map
  2. Quarry map
  3. Drowned Lands map
  4. Rift map

Eat, Sleep, Drill, Repeat

Trophy type: bronze - SnowRunner: Trophies/Achievements - list - Appendix - SnowRunner Guide

Trophy type: bronze

Description: Deliver all 3 Oil Rigs to their destination points in Alaska.

Comment: This trophy is associated with more difficult contracts from the Alaska map related to delivery of oil rigs - large and very heavy loads.

It is best to wait to take care of this achievement until you find or unlock the best heavy vehicles available in the game. For example, the Caterpillar 745c from the picture above, which you can unlock as a reward on the Mountain River map, will be a good choice.

Get over here

Trophy type: bronze - SnowRunner: Trophies/Achievements - list - Appendix - SnowRunner Guide

Trophy type: bronze

Description: Pull yourself with a winch for at least 6 meters.

Comment: It's a very simple achievement you can complete even in the first minutes of the game since each vehicle is equipped with a winch. We have described in detail how winches work in the chapter Basics.

Through blood & sweat

Trophy type: bronze - SnowRunner: Trophies/Achievements - list - Appendix - SnowRunner Guide

Trophy type: bronze

Description: Manually load at least 4 standard cargo units in your truck one after another and pack them.

Comment: You can use any vehicle with a crane capable of carrying at least 4 normal cargo on the back. We have described in detail how a crane works on one of the pages of the chapter Basics.

Broken Horse

Trophy type: bronze - SnowRunner: Trophies/Achievements - list - Appendix - SnowRunner Guide

Trophy type: bronze

Description: Drive 1 km with all wheels broken.

Comment: The first opportunity to unlock this trophy appears at the very beginning of the game when you discover Fleetstar F2070A in Michigan - it's shown on the picture. The vehicle is damaged, and instead of moving it to the garage, you can repair it (except for the wheels) to drive it around the area. It is best to drive on asphalt to minimize the risk of getting stuck in the surrondings.

Fortunately, even if you miss the first opportunity to get the achievement, you can also find other damaged vehicles in the later stage of the game. They must have all the wheels damaged - only then can you drive them to unlock the trophy.

Simply Delivered

Trophy type: bronze - SnowRunner: Trophies/Achievements - list - Appendix - SnowRunner Guide

Trophy type: bronze

Description: Deliver every type of cargo in the game at least once.

Comment: You can deliver cargo as part of the quests or after finding a special container on a map you explore. It shouldn't be a problem to unlock this trophy simply by playing the game, while it is worth paying attention to two things:

  1. on the map Drowned Lands (Taymyr), there is a Secure Container with radioactive waste, and it also counts,
  2. some cargo comes in several varieties (eg. small and large pipes) and each type of cargo has to be delivered at least once.

Workers Unite

Trophy type: bronze

Description: Find both Lenin statues in Taymyr.

Comment: This is a fairly easy collectible trophy, which you can unlock by exploring two maps of Taymyr. Statues can be found on maps Zimnegorsk and Drowned Lands. In both cases, you will explore the southern part of the country.

Tread Softly

Trophy type: bronze - SnowRunner: Trophies/Achievements - list - Appendix - SnowRunner Guide

Trophy type: bronze

Description: Recover your vehicle 10 times or more.

Comment: You shouldn't have any trouble getting that trophy. At any point in the game, you can press the top button on the D-pad and then the option to automatically recover the currently selected vehicle to the garage (Recover - the picture above). This is a free action, use it 10 times.

Problem Solved

Trophy type: bronze

Description: Pull a vehicle with a broken engine out of the water with a crane.

Comment: This trophy can be easily earned using any small vehicle, for example, Chevrolet ck1500, which you use at the beginning of the game. You'll also need any larger vehicle with a crane.

Intentionally damage the engine of a small vehicle after drowning it in a lake (preferably not too far from the shore), and then reach this place with a crane to pull the small vehicle out of the water.

Untouchable

Trophy type: bronze

Description: Complete any 10 tasks or contests without taking any damage.

Comment: Earning this trophy shouldn't be too much of a challenge. Choose simple tasks that do not require you to drive long distances or drive through difficult terrain. Drive slowly and carefully, avoiding colliding with boulders, trees, and other obstacles that can easily damage the vehicle.

Gallo-24

Trophy type: bronze - SnowRunner: Trophies/Achievements - list - Appendix - SnowRunner Guide

Trophy type: bronze

Description: Buy enough upgrades to hit twice the price of the base vehicle you bought them for.

Comment: You can upgrade any of the vehicles you own, but preferably choose one of the cheaper machines. The ideal candidate may be the Chevrolet ck1500 from the above picture, with which you started the game.

We have described the topic of installing upgrades in more detail on the page Vehicle customization. You can choose upgrade categories and parts. The only thing that matters is to, thanks to the improvements, exceed twice the price of the base car.

18 Wheels is Not Enough

Trophy type: bronze

Description: Own a Azov 42-20 Antarctic.

Comment: Azov 42-20 Antarctic becomes available for purchase only after reaching 26 player levels. That means that you have to spend a lot of time with the game to be able to earn XP and advance to the next levels.

What's a mile?

Trophy type: silver

Description: Use ZiKZ 5368 to deliver at least 10 cargoes in Michigan or Alaska.

Comment: ZiKZ 5368 is an Offroad vehicle, which you have to purchase first. To unlock the trophy, it is best to choose easier contracts - preferably those that do not require transporting much cargo or travel a long distance.

The game allows you to "cheat" with this achievement in a certain way because it considers only the vehicle which reached the destination with the cargo. You can put the cargo on a better vehicle, drive it almost the whole route, and near the destination, repack the cargo on the ZiKZ.

Western Wind

Trophy type: silver

Description: Use Pacific P12 to deliver at least 10 cargoes in Taymyr.

Comment: Pacific P12 is a vehicle of the heavy class, which you have to purchase first. To unlock the trophy, it is best to choose easier contracts - preferably those that do not require transporting much cargo or travel a long distance.

Uncle Scrooge

Trophy type: silver

Description: Earn 100000 currency.

Comment: This trophy offers a lot of freedom because you can take on different types of tasks in different locations available in the game. You can choose between simpler but less profitable contracts or more demanding ones, which allow you to earn more. We have described the mission categories on the site Mission types in the Basics chapter.

Stars and Stripes

Trophy type: silver - SnowRunner: Trophies/Achievements - list - Appendix - SnowRunner Guide

Trophy type: silver

Description: Own every american vehicle in the game.

Comment: You will be able to purchase new machines by advancing to the next levels of the player profile, and the last American vehicle becomes available at Level 24. This achievement has two main facilitation:

  1. you don't have to have all your vehicles in the garage at a given time - after you purchase a particular American vehicle, you can immediately sell it, and it still will be counted as owned
  2. you can get some of the vehicles by exploring maps, and we've included them in the descriptions in the chapter Maps in our guide.

Note - this achievement only requires vehicles from the main campaign. You do not need to purchase additional machines from DLC.

The Duel

Trophy type: silver

Description: Driving a red-coloured scout vehicle, collide with any truck and take less damage than that truck.

Comment: You can choose any scout vehicle as long as it is painted in red.

As a target, it is best to choose a truck with an easily visible fuel tank. A collision (at minimum speed) with the tank should damage the truck more than the scout vehicle you drive.

Fuel Economy

Trophy type: silver - SnowRunner: Trophies/Achievements - list - Appendix - SnowRunner Guide

Trophy type: silver

Description: Travel through every region on a single tank of fuel.

Comment: There are three main regions in the game (Michigan, Taymyr, and Alaska), and each region consists of 4 maps - for example, for Michigan, these are the Black River, Smithville Dam, Island Lake, and Drummond Island.

Unlocking maps may involve driving to a location from the right direction or performing a quest. We have described some of the more problematic locations on the following pages:

  1. How to unlock Quarry map in Russia?
  2. How to unlock Rift map in Russia?
  3. How to unlock all regions in Alaska?

Your task is to drive in one approach through 4 maps of the region without refueling, and before the fuel runs out. Use a low-fuel usage vehicle and plan your journey to stay on asphalt roads for as long as possible. They will allow you to travel quickly and efficiently, as well as reduce fuel consumption.

Victory Parade

Trophy type: silver - SnowRunner: Trophies/Achievements - list - Appendix - SnowRunner Guide

Trophy type: silver

Description: Own every russian vehicle in the game.

Comment: You will be able to purchase new machines by advancing to the next levels of the player profile, and the last Russian vehicle becomes available at Level 26. This achievement has two main facilitation:

  1. you don't have to have all your vehicles in the garage at a given time - after you purchase a particular Russian vehicle, you can immediately sell it, and it still will be counted as owned
  2. you can get some of the vehicles by exploring maps, and we've included them in the descriptions in the chapter Maps in our guide.

Note - this achievement only requires vehicles from the main campaign. You do not need to purchase additional machines from DLC.

Dreams Come True

Trophy type: silver

Description: Repair all the pipes in Alaska.

Comment: Before you can earn this trophy, you have to unlock the Alaska region and then take on contracts with Pipeline Repair. Completing all the quests in this group unlocks the achievement.

All Along the Watchtower

Trophy type: silver - SnowRunner: Trophies/Achievements - list - Appendix - SnowRunner Guide

Trophy type: silver

Description: Explore all watchtowers in the game.

Note - the trophy can be bugged. It is best to try to get it by playing in single-player mode. The game may not properly count watchtowers explored playing in co-op mode.

Comment: Watchtowers are unique objects on the maps. Driving up to them and pressing the interaction button (square on PS4 / PS5 or X on Xbox One/series X) allows you to reveal significant places in the surrounding area. You can reach them in any order and with any vehicles.

To unlock the trophy, visit only the watchtowers in the main game locations - from Michigan, Alaska, and Taymyr.

All Stars From a Garage

Trophy type: silver

Description: Explore all garages in the game.

Comment: Garages are bases in the game world. To unlock this trophy, you only need to explore garages from the main regions of the campaign, i.e. from Michigan, Alaska and Taymyr. You have to explore garages on the following maps:

  1. Black River (Michigan)
  2. Smithville Dam (Michigan)
  3. Zimnegorsk (Taymyr) - the garage will become available after completing one of the contracts on this map
  4. Drowned Lands (Taymyr)
  5. North Port (Alaska)
  6. White Valley (Alaska)

Pedal to the Metal

Trophy type: silver

Description: Travel from one gateway to another on one map without releasing the accelerator.

Comment: Gateways is a different name for passages between different maps that are part of the same region (e.g. Michigan). This is not a difficult achievement, but you need to plan your route. You can make it easier and choose a slower vehicle or set it to the lower gear. This will guarantee you more time to adjust the movement on the way to the map's exit.

Bearing Strait

Trophy type: silver - SnowRunner: Trophies/Achievements - list - Appendix - SnowRunner Guide

Trophy type: silver

Description: Own a TUZ 420 "Tatarin" and have it stationed in any garage in Alaska.

Comment: You can't buy TUZ 420 Tatarin. Instead, you can find it in the game world. First, you have to unlock the map of Zimnegorsk (a part of the Taymyr region) and explore the northern area marked in the picture above.

After unlocking Taymyr, move to any garage in Alaska and select a new item from the list of your vehicles.

Convoy

Trophy type: silver

Description: Transport a winched vehicle with a broken engine from one map to another and put it into a garage.

Comment: For this trophy, you can use a vehicle found in the game world with a destroyed engine or deliberately drive one of your vehicles into the lake (preferably something small, such as a pick-up truck).

Use a high-powered vehicle and use a winch to attach a machine with a broken engine. Then transport it towards the gateway to another map, but make sure that it is a region with a garage (eg. Black River or Smithville Dam in Michigan). It is best to stay on asphalt roads to avoid obstacles along the way and reduce fuel consumption. Delivery of the vehicle to the garage will reward you with a trophy.

Workaholic

Trophy type: gold - SnowRunner: Trophies/Achievements - list - Appendix - SnowRunner Guide

Trophy type: gold

Description: Complete every contract in the game.

Note - the trophy can be bugged. It is best to try to get it by playing in single-player mode. The game may not correctly count contracts in co-op mode.

Comment: This is one of the game's most difficult trophies. Contracts are one of the categories of missions in the game and you have to complete all of them for regions from the basic version of the game, i.e. for Michigan, Alaska, and Taymyr. You have to complete 64 contracts, and you can do it in any order.

Model Collector

Trophy type: gold

Description: Own every vehicle in the game.

Comment: This is a more difficult version of the achievements Stars and Stripes and Victory Parade previously described. You have to purchase or find all the machines from the main campaign. Vehicles that have been added in DLC do not count.

Keep in mind that you don't have to keep all your vehicles in the garage. You can sell the machines and they will still be considered as owned.

Ain't no rest for the... trucker?

Trophy type: gold - SnowRunner: Trophies/Achievements - list - Appendix - SnowRunner Guide

Trophy type: gold

Description: Complete every task and contest in the game.

Note - the trophy can be bugged. It is best to try to get it by playing in single-player mode. The game may not correctly count tasks in co-op mode.

Comment: It's one of the game's more time-consuming trophies that it requires you to complete:

  1. 122 Tasks
  2. 27 Contests

This trophy requires only the missions and contests of the main campaign, i.e. the Michigan, Alaska, and Taymyr regions. You don't have to finish the DLC content. In the contests, the type of cup won is not important (eg. gold or brown), only completing the trial.

The Black Shuck

Trophy type: gold

Description: Drive through 1000 km.

Comment: This is one of the more time-consuming trophies of the game, which forces you to spend a lot of time with the game. You can more easily meet the requirements of this achievement if you have access to additional game content, so you can discover new maps instead of driving the maps from the main campaign.
