In this phase of the chapter, the action switches to Watson, who enters the Edelweiss Insitute to find the key to Hell's Door required by Sherlock. Here we explain how to access Gygax office, where to find patient Wolff and how to correctly answer questions in Mind Palace.

Searching the Edelweiss Institute as Watson

After a short cut-scene, you will take control of Watson. Start by examining the sink in guest room.

Examine the drawer and look for:

1. symbols carved on wood,
2. gun in the briefcase.

Exit the room and turn right. At the end of the corridor, turn right and enter the administration room.

Start by examining the piece of paper on the table, then approach the desk. Pick up the book with a photograph. Examine both the picture and the book (the book has a writing on it).

Return to the corridor and cross the courtyard. In the courtyard, you can talk to the patients and take a look at the large bird cage.

Enter Patient Room nr.2 and examine a piece of paper on the desk. Talk to the patient and leave the room.

Turn right and follow the corridor until you reach the kitchen. In the kitchen, investigate the kitchen elevator. Finally time to visit the director's office.

How to get to Gygax's office?

After examining all the rooms you have access to and talking to the director, return to Patient Room nr.2. Talk to the man and when examining him, take a look at:

1. face,
2. scars on the forehead,
3. right hand,
4. left hand.

Complete the portrait of Wolff and enter the Mind Palace.

When asked Why does Gygax care about Wolff? mark following clues:

1. A note from Professor Becker,
2. Old photograph,
3. Character Portrait: Patient Wolff.

When asked How to lure Gygax out of her office? question, choose:

1. Patient's poetry,
2. Professor Gygax Testimony,
3. Very Important Patient.

Again, talk to patient Wolff and ask him to write a letter to Gygax. Deliver the letter to the guard before Gygax's office.

Where is the key to Hell's Door?

Enter the director's office and examine the cup on the table by the door. Walk up to the desk and:

1. examine the knife on the desk;
2. open the drawer on the left and read Gygax's diary;
3. open the drawer on the right and read the letter;
4. The key you're looking for is under the letter.

Go to the kitchen and give the key to Sherlock by delivering it via the kitchen elevator.
