Quests in zone 1 (Visa 01) | Walkthrough Seven Game Guide

Last update: 01 December 2017

This page contains walkthroughs for side quests in Seven: The Days Long Gone that can be unlocked during your exploration of the first zone on Peh island. These terrains are available for those who have visa 01. The main part of this zone is Lewmer village - you reach it at the beginning of the game.

Tools of the Trade

How to unlock: Complete Arrival main quest.

This is a very simple quest - you must get your first weapon and a set of lockpicks - Quests in zone 1 (Visa 01) | Walkthrough - Side Quests - Seven The Days Long Gone Game Guide

This is a very simple quest - you must get your first weapon and a set of lockpicks. A weapon can be picked up from Gruff if he was defeated during Arrival main quest. Otherwise, you will have to look around the village for, e.g. daggers or an axe (don't waste auryte on buying weapons).

Lockpicks are offered by some merchants in Lewmer but it is better to just search the village. Examine all interactive containers and use Sense Mode to find hidden stashes. At least a few of them will contain Metal Lockpicks (an example in the picture).

Thick As Thieves

How to unlock: Overhear a conversation between Kailin and Colm in Lewmer.

Kailin and Colm are in the center of Lewmer - Quests in zone 1 (Visa 01) | Walkthrough - Side Quests - Seven The Days Long Gone Game Guide

Kailin and Colm are in the center of Lewmer. Overhear their conversation but remember to stay undetected - hide in bushes or stand near the edge of the white circle outside of their field of view (example in the picture).

After that you must meet with the thieves in one of the buildings in the village. You can say that you are interested in working together or leave. Listen to the details. You can accept their offer or decline. The second option makes Kailin and Colm hostile towards Teriel and you will have to kill them. Despite their death, you can still complete the next steps alone but the robbery will be more difficult.

Go to Cirrus bar - Quests in zone 1 (Visa 01) | Walkthrough - Side Quests - Seven The Days Long Gone Game Guide

Go to Cirrus bar. Your objective is to pickpocket a keycard from a drunk Technomagi. Colm can distract him, that is if he is still alive. Stand near the Technomagi and wait for a good moment to steal from him (NPCs should be facing other directions). If you stole Shipment Terminal Access Card but you were detected then run away as fast as you can and lose the Technomagi and other enemies. You can also kill the guard but this fight will be a challenge.

After that you have to options: you can go back to Kailin and Colm and listen to the next part of the plan or you can skip this step (if you want to betray them or when they are already dead) - Quests in zone 1 (Visa 01) | Walkthrough - Side Quests - Seven The Days Long Gone Game Guide

After that you have to options: you can go back to Kailin and Colm and listen to the next part of the plan or you can skip this step (if you want to betray them or when they are already dead). The card can be used in Port Horizon which is next to Lewmer. The port should be infiltrated after finding a Technomage Armour (more in Where and how to get a good disguise? chapter). Your other option is to sneak and avoid cameras.

You can get there by, e.g. climbing on crates near the security checkpoint 02. Reach the door presented in the picture. It is illuminated by one of the cameras. If you don't have a disguise then you have to quickly use a drill and get inside (you can also use invisibility if you already unlocked it). Things are different if you have the disguise - you don't have to hurry. Reach the terminal and use the stolen keycard to access the cargo container.

The quest can have a few different endings that are based on your previous choices - Quests in zone 1 (Visa 01) | Walkthrough - Side Quests - Seven The Days Long Gone Game Guide

The quest can have a few different endings that are based on your previous choices:

  1. Kailin and Colm are dead or you betrayed their trust - you arrive at the security checkpoint 03 after using the keycard. You must escape with the artefact (this can be difficult if you don't have a guard disguise). From now on Teriel will be hunted by Kailin and Colm. They can attack you near Lewmer (either kill them or escape).
  2. Kailin and Colm are alive and you cooperated with them - they derail the train before it reaches the security checkpoint 03 and you get the artefact (see the picture). You can give them the item and receive auryte and Smoke Grenade Schematic or you can keep it. This will lead to a fight. Note - you can attack them after receiving the rewards. Kill the thieves and get the artefact back.

Most of the available variants allow you to keep the quest item - Levitating Plant. The exception to that is when you were helping them from the very beginning and never betrayed the thieves. You can get rid of the artefact during another side quest called The Company of Lady Dragonfly.

Master Crafter

How to unlock: Speak with Master Crafter in Lewmer.

Find the inactive crafting station in the north part of Lewmer and speak with the master - Quests in zone 1 (Visa 01) | Walkthrough - Side Quests - Seven The Days Long Gone Game Guide

Find the inactive crafting station in the north part of Lewmer and speak with the master. During this quest you must deliver him three types of objects that are used in crafting - 1 Magnet, 2 Metal Chains and 3 Metal Rivets. They are rather easy to find so don't buy them. The easiest way to get them is to go to the quarantined part of Lewmer cliffs (this place is also a part of another side quest called Valuable Experience). The items are in the numerous crates that are around the big destroyed building (example in the picture). Bring all the parts to the master. You receive 50 auryte, Foregrip Upgrade Precision I Schematic and access to the crafting station.

Master Brewer

How to unlock: Speak with the Biomancer in Lewmer.

Find the inactive alchemy station in the west part of Lewmer and speak with the Biomancer - Quests in zone 1 (Visa 01) | Walkthrough - Side Quests - Seven The Days Long Gone Game Guide

Find the inactive alchemy station in the west part of Lewmer and speak with the Biomancer. You must visit Drugun's shrine. It is located north-east from Lewmer (get visa level 2 to leave the village). Watch out for monsters that can attack you on the path to the shrine. Besides that, there are a few bandits near the shrine. You can kill them (with backstabs) or sneak. Interact with the shrine (see the picture) and take Pilgrimage Memento. Go back to the Biomancer. You now have access to the alchemy station.

Valuable Experience

How to unlock: Speak with Devor, auryte collector, in Lewmer.

Devor can be found in the village - Quests in zone 1 (Visa 01) | Walkthrough - Side Quests - Seven The Days Long Gone Game Guide

Devor can be found in the village. He gives you a quest during which you must collect auryte in Lewmer cliffs. Go through the north-east exit. Reach the lower level of the cliffs (by using ladders or stairs) and approach the guards near the bridge that leads to excavation site. Show them Devor's permission. The area connected to this quest is in quarantine. You will be attacked by infected workers. They appear out of nowhere but you can notice their glow which allows you to prepare for an incoming attack (or you can use this knowledge to avoid some of them). Teriel needs to visit all crates that are marked on the map. Some of them are on small platforms that hang above chasm (example in the picture). Be careful so you don't fall down. Take Auryte Yield from each of the crates (9 in total).

Go back to the quest giver. You receive 50 auryte and Body Dissolver Schematic. You can also keep the Auryte Yields and sell them. In that case, Devor will send his henchmen after you. They will ask you to pay a high price. You can pay or fight (the confrontation will be a real challenge).

Pulling Strings

How to unlock: Speak with Ramus in Lewmer.

Ramus is on the highest floor of one of the buildings in Lewmer (see the picture) - Quests in zone 1 (Visa 01) | Walkthrough - Side Quests - Seven The Days Long Gone Game Guide

Ramus is on the highest floor of one of the buildings in Lewmer (see the picture). This quest can be started in two different ways:

  1. You saved Egon during Arrival main quest. You can find him in the same room as Ramus and he will intercede for Teriel.
  2. Egon died during Arrival. Ramus doesn't trust you which means that you have to complete an additional quest. Eliminate Gruff, Egon's killer. The thug is in one of the buildings in the village. However, he isn't alone which means that winning that fight may be more difficult. Go back to Ramus.
The first out of four quests from Ramus is about stealing visas from Port Horizon - Quests in zone 1 (Visa 01) | Walkthrough - Side Quests - Seven The Days Long Gone Game Guide

The first out of four quests from Ramus is about stealing visas from Port Horizon. This location is heavily guarded - you should go there when you get a Technomage Armour (more tips in How to infiltrate Port Horizon? chapter). Reach the main warehouse in the port (enter the skylight in the rooftop if you are sneaking). You must find the Visa Container. The picture above shows the container - it is located on the ground floor, near the area illuminated by one of the cameras (wait for the camera to turn if you don't have the disguise!). Go back to Ramus and receive your rewards - Visa Pill Zone 02 (an alternative for buying it from a vending machine) and Armour Lining Upgrade Thief I Schematic.

Ramus second request is to steal documents from the Biomancer temple in Lewmer - Quests in zone 1 (Visa 01) | Walkthrough - Side Quests - Seven The Days Long Gone Game Guide

Ramus' second request is to steal documents from the Biomancer temple in Lewmer. Examine the room on the temple's ground floor. The documents are inside of the safe marked in the picture. Be sure that no one is looking at Teriel and break into it (a simple mini-game). Take Biomancer Report (you can also take other items) and go back to Ramus. You receive Armour Lining Upgrade Noise I Schematic.

In the third mission you have to reach three switches and redirect energy - Quests in zone 1 (Visa 01) | Walkthrough - Side Quests - Seven The Days Long Gone Game Guide

In the third mission you have to reach three switches and redirect energy. Again, Technomage Armour is VERY useful here - two out of the three switches are in Port Horizon. Reach them in any order and reveal the switches by using Sense Mode. The last, third, switch is in the quarantined part in Lewmer cliffs (the permission from Valuable Experience quest will help you get there). The switch in the cliffs is presented in the picture above - climb on the rooftop of the tall building to reach the switch. After that you can go back to Ramus and get your reward - Armour Core Upgrade Physical Resist I Schematic.

The last, fourth, mission from Ramus is about stealing a power core - Quests in zone 1 (Visa 01) | Walkthrough - Side Quests - Seven The Days Long Gone Game Guide

The last, fourth, mission from Ramus is about stealing a power core. You must head west from Port Horizon (go through the port and jump over the west gate). Watch out for stronger crabs. Entering the marked area triggers a landing of a Technomagi patrol. You don't have to fight with them (especially if you have a Technomage Armour). Focus only on finding Power Core - its location is presented in the picture (south edge of the area marked on the map). Go back to Ramus (if you have problems with going back to the port then go north a few steps first) and collect your reward - Blade Upgrade Backstab I Schematic.
