This page of the guide to Ruined King: A League of Legends Story explains how to solve the puzzle in the Buhru Temple and open the door marked with runic symbols.

After leaving the Grey Harbor and entering the Buhru Temple, you will encounter a closed door with runic symbols that cannot be opened normally. You can do this by solving a simple puzzle.

First, switch to Illoi and activate the pedestal shown in the picture above. The correct spot is marked on the map of the area, so you'll definitely get to the device quickly.

Then approach the device near the closed door and slide the stone plate down to activate the first rune on the closed door.

You have activated the mechanism that controls the flow of water in the Buhru Temple. Choose the option that will pour water into the north pool.

Go down the stairs on the left and activate the glyph plate marked in the picture above.

Go back to the device in front of the door and this time choose the option that will pour water into the south pool.

Now go down to the pool on the right side (you will find the stairs behind the pedestal) and activate the glyph plate, which is in the spot marked in the picture above. When the last glyph lights up on the door, the passage will be opened.
