Go up the stairs, and then left.

Talk to Officer Johnsen. He'll soon ask you to approach the City archive (square). Do it, and when the screen with Scan Index Finger shows, click on the window below LMB sign. Access to the data will be rejected. Now click RMB on the Certificate (arrow). The information on Tortoise Security will show again. Place City archive in STM and leave the building. Go to National Credit systems.

Move the Ultra-Sonograph and Morales credit report from Anna's INV on Bennet.

As Bennet, go to Tortoise Security.
