Before using elevator, search the surroundings.

Outside move towards the building on the right, destroy two chests on the way. When going upstairs, you can jump to rail tracks, if you go to their end, behind the last wagon you will find Tower emblem. Then return and enter the building, in which you will find few items.

After riding down, in the room on the left you will find note and map of the mines.

Walk down (under stairs, near the net Insect larva can be found) and use the elevator that leads to the mines. In the first room on the left pick up map of the mines and read the note, take some rifle ammunition and go inside the tunnel.

Staying under gas influence for too long will end with death.

After walking through another door you will have to watch out for a green gas that floats in tunnels (behind the doors, on a table on the right handgun ammunition lies). You can't stay for too long on territory with gas - the screen will start getting whiter and in the end your character will die.

You must quickly kill enemies or make few dodges to avoid being captured.

At first crossroad go to the left (if you go straight you will get to a dead end but you can get some rifle ammunition there). Then, from next room go to the only new corridor available, run quickly, on first crossroad go right, and from another room again right, between four enemies (kill them quickly or make some dodges). At the end you will get to a room in which you will find rifle ammunition and restore electricity.

After restoring electricity, previously closed gate will become open.

After you restore electricity, go back through the corridor to the first room, there move right where a gate will be open now. Kill or avoid few enemies, move left, and before another bars - go through stairs up and then right. Doors at the top will lead you to another part of mines.
