There's a Panty Thief on the Loose!/The Twisted Trio: Panty's Professor
When available? After completing "The Darkest Place".
Reward: 50,000 Yen, 80 SP
Description: go to the marker pointing to "Catch the Panty thief" and you will meet your customers - Yosuke and Tsukino. Run to the specified store and buy panties for 10 000 yen. Go to the marker and exit to the roof - when the drone takes the panties go to another place, which the game indicates. You will fight quite a strong enemy, the barmy Professor Panties. Defeat the enemy, and the investigation will be concluded.
There's a Groper on the Loose!/The Twisted Groper
When available?: Reputation level 5, after finishing "There's a Panty Thief on the Loose!".

Where'd My Jacket Go?/Tiger Jacket
When available? After completing "The Darkest Place".

Description: Go to Wild Jackson and meet the customer. He will tell you about the disappearance of a valuable jacket. Go to the specified place and ask the homeless. You need to find the thieves - go to your friend Yosuke, and you will learn that they're in the Batting Center. Meet the men: first interrogate them, and then, in Search Mode, find all the clues. After all, defeat the enemies and go to the place that is indicated.
Find an empty bag - go to the next marker, and you will find a man, Diminutive Vagabond, who appropriated the jacket with a tiger. Unfortunately, you cannot take it from him, and he wants a piece of clothing in exchange. Go to groups of homeless, near the hatch leading to the sewer and talk to them. You will get warm clothes - take them to the homeless person with the jacket and you will finish the job.

Reward: 180,000 Yen, 80 SP
Description: Go to a meeting with Kawada, and he will tell you about some tournament about deciphering the code and opening the safe. On site, you'll find the specified cipher:

The solution to the puzzle is a combination of 4134. Open the safe and finish the job.

Description: Meet your client - Tanaka. You have to find Asami Morimya, which is quite difficult by yourself. The correct answer in this case is the combination of 3412.
Please Find my Son/Dangerous Hide and Seek
When available?: Reputation level 15
Reward: 80,000 Yen, 80 SP
Description: go to a meeting with a client, and he will tell you that his son went hiding and no one can find him. You will find him in the location shown in the image above, sitting on one of the windmills. When you see him, the investigation will be over.
Let's Chat about a Pervert/The Twisted Judge
When available?: Reputation level 15, after finishing "There's a Panty Thief on the Loose!", "A Valuable Cat".
Reward: 50,000 Yen, 150 SP
Description: Time for another pervert who bothers the residents of the city. Go to the specified location, and then lock in on the criminal climbing the building. Use your drone to shoot down Judge Creep'n Peep. After that, you will still have to fight 1vs1 with the man.
A Final Event/The Mystery Writer's Masterstroke
When available?: Complete "Another Mystery Event", reputation level 30
Reward: 380.000 Yen, 100 SP
Description: Another competition in solving puzzles and attempts to decipher the code from the safe. This time the riddle looks like this:
6+2=8
0-3=9
9-5=4
1+11=0
The correct answer is the 8925 code.
Please find my son Again/Perilous hide-and-seek
When available?: Complete "Dangerous Hide-and-seek", Reputation level 15
Reward: 100,000 Yen, 100 SP
Description: Shoji Ohata's Son has escaped again and you have to find him. Go to the place presented above - the son went up the top of the excavator. Find him, and successfully solve this side case.

When available?: Reputation level 45, complete "Perilous Hide-and-seek"
Reward: 120,000 Yen, 130 SP
Description: The boy ran away again. Talk to the child's father and then go to the place shown in the picture above. Go inside, defeat the Yakuza and the side case will end.
Please find my son Again / Treacherous Hide-and-seek
When available?: Reputation level 50, defeat all Keihn Gang Leaders, take part in all events (after obtaining the maximum level of reputation)
Reward: 600.000 Yen, 250 SP
Description: You have to beat all 4 Keihn Gan Leaders in one Threat event. You cannot kill them one by one and wait for the indicator to drop - you must quickly eliminate them all.
Meet your client on the roof of Stardust. Defeat your enemies and then talk to Kim about your reward. It's worth choosing help from friends at this point, because you'll have a lot of fighting to do. Travel to the other points on the map and at Apple Pie you will be directed to Theater Square. After talking to the couple, you'll fight with Sakakiba and his vanguards. Talk to the man with the backpack, and then follow your target. Sakakiba will appear again - pass him by walking left, take the alley to the street, and you will see the person you are following again. After some time you will be stopped by a group of bandits, defeat them and then track your target - it has the same backpack, though another jacket. Follow him to Children Park, defeat all enemies and go to the sewers. Defeat next enemies - Honda and Koga are waiting for you. After that, the mission will be successful.

When available?: Complete 49 side cases, Reputation level 50
Reward: 1.000.000 Yen, 300 SP
Description: You will face an extremely difficult fight, so be sure to prepare by buying first aid kits and preparing extracts. Make sure you also get the maximum power of your hero's attacks, speed and EX gauge renewal. Talk to the man in the coat and he'll challenge you to a duel. Whenever you have the opportunity, turn on your phone immediately after the cutscenes and use all available extracts. The enemy will immediately capture your cell phone - you will not be able to use it in combat. Fortunately, the quick shortcuts still work, so make sure you have your first-aid kits in there. The fight itself is hard, and the walls may electrify you. The enemy has several phases, uses different weapons and is very powerful. It is best to devote a few rounds to learn his attacks and try out different strategies. Try to use EX punches in key moments to take away his health points and temporarily stun the enemy. When you win the fight, the side case ends.
