Iron Flail Fort is a relatively small location that appears on the map during the first quest in the main storyline of this expansion. The road leading there doesn't have to be separately discovered; just use the fast-travel option on the main map. The location is flooding with enemy soldiers. Unfortunately, you will have to fight the majority of them. There is one significant quest connected with this place - The Iron Flail, where you have to eliminate the commander of the camp.

Other important information regarding Iron Flail Camp
It is a good idea to press "Tab" every once in a while when exploring the camp. It will highlight all containers in the area, and there's quite a number of them around here.
Before you enter the Command Post and deal with Adaryc, it would be a good idea to rest and regain your spells and abilities. You will need them not only against the commandant, but also, and more importantly, against the two giants that appear after you complete The Iron Flail.
