A lot of resources were introduced in the NEXT update to No Man's Sky. One of them is Pure Ferrite. It's used for building and creating new functions of the base. In order to obtain clean ferrite, you first need a portable refinery. It's used for refining resources. More details about that can be found elsewhere in this guide.
How to get Pure Ferrite?
In order to obtain pure ferrite, you need portable refinery, which can be crafted for specified resources. At the beginning, you have to collect ferrite dust, though. It's easy to come by in rocks such as Lamantallite and Zacchite.
After obtaining ferrite dust, place it in the portable refinery. Remember to supply the right fuel, so the machine can function non-stop. Creating pure ferrite takes a few seconds.
What can you do with Pure Ferrite?
You can use pure ferrite to create a few different machines. We've prepared a list of things that you can do with it. We've also made sure to include any remaining resources.
