If you have ever wanted to put a weapon in the hand of the poster boy of this game you are going to have a chance to do it. In this guide you will learn how to unlock Ryu.
How to obtain Ryus Armor?
- No matter what gender you play with this armor, you are changing yourself in Ryu.
- This means that you can't connect other sets of defensive apparel with Ryu's Armor - you're either a complete Ryu or you don't become him at all.
- In order to be eligible for this bonus, the player must complete the mission "Down the Dark, Muddy Path" and defeat Barroth. This is not a simple task, but if your hunt for this monster turns out successful, you will be rewarded with "SFV Tickets".
- You will need 7 such tickets and additional materials that are required to create Ryu's armor.
Additional variants of Ryus Armor
- Players can also get access to other various benefits and advantages of Ryu's armor. For a set of new moves you have to "donate" a sum of $4. This option is available for both PS4 and Xbox owners.
- Interestingly enough, thanks to this purchase, it is not necessary to put on Ryu's armor in order to use his special movements.
Access & Availability
PS4 holders have access until 1st of March. You must have an option to save the state of the game from Street Fighter V or Arcade Edition on your system.
Xbox One fans, and those who missed the bonus release period, will have a chance to use this option again, but no date was given yet. It is only known that this will occur in a periodical manner.
