Talk to Vincenzo

Leave the bar building and head to Vincenzo's workshop. He will give Tommy a baseball bat, which will be useful in the later part of the mission.

Meet Paulie in Chinatown

To reach Chinatown, you can use any means of transportation, such as a vehicle from Tommy's garage or one of the cars parked in the yard.

After reaching the destination, follow Paul to enter Biff's Pawn Shop. Listen to the conversation with Biff.

Find out where the gang members are

Exit the building and follow Paul towards the Service Station (gas station). The main entrance to the building is inaccessible – you must reach the side gate. Break the gate by kicking it and enter the area. This will trigger another cutscene. You will encounter the thugs from the previous mission.

Teach the punks a lesson

Engage in melee combat. Use the baseball bat which you have received earlier. However, don't forget to perform dodges.

Get rid of some bandits from the first alley and then follow Paulie. Jump over the fence and use the ladder after reaching the locked gate.

Clear the yard

From here on, you can use firearms. Stand next to the railings and take advantage of an opportunity to destroy red barrels during the battles – as shown in the picture. Every explosion caused by shooting in red barrels will kill all thugs that stood in the area.

After all visible enemies have been eliminated, break through the side gate and stand in a spot where you can see the interior of the building. Once again look for opportunities to destroy exploding red barrels. There will be at least one large explosion here.

If necessary, you can find an ammo crate and a rifle on the right side.

Chase Billy

Go downstairs and enter the building. However, be prepared to eliminate at least one new opponent. Along the way, you'll come across a first aid point - it's worth to heal Tommy here.

More battles await you in the next room. Watch out for an opponent who can throw Molotov cocktails. Try to kill him before he throws the dangerous cocktail or, as a last resort, quickly run to another place. If Tommy gets burned or ignited, he can quickly lose health points. Head towards the exit of the building.

Don't let the punks escape

After going outside and opening a new gate, a new cutscene will trigger. A car chase will start. During this pursuit you have to drive a large limousine, which is a rather useless vehicle in case of fast driving. In addition, due to the heavy rainfall, the roads are very slippery and it is much easier to get into a skid. Despite having to complete the chase, remember to slow down slightly before each major turn or try to overcome it by turning a bit earlier (if civilian cars won't cause any trouble).

During this pursuit, you don't have to get closer to the fleeing bandits in order to start shooting at them. The only thing you have to do is not to lose them out of sight. Billy's car will crash soon. Park nearby and approach it to activate the cut-scene that will end this mission.
