The following page will tell you how to locate the mysterious islands that appear only at certain times at several possible locations on the world map.
Shangra and Tooki Island are islands that appear on the world map every day at specific times. There are side quests associated with them, and also regular activities available on the islands themselves, which you must complete multiple times to have a chance to get the Island Souls of these islands. The problem is that the two islands can appear in several possible locations.
You have two ways of finding the right location. The first option is to watch the map: right after you see the notification that the island will appear (10 minutes before it happens), sometimes one point on the map will show the correct location (only for a short while), but only in a zoomed view (on the "regional" preview, not the world map).
The second, 100% effective method is to find the location on your own. You have 10 minutes to do this (3 minutes once the island has appeared) because 10 minutes before it does, a vortex appears in the right place. When the island appears on the hour, the correct location will be marked in pink.
Additionally, other players in the chat will often inform that the island has appeared (though some will mislead others on purpose). To provide the information yourself with a link to the map, select a point on the map while holding down Shift. The info will be pasted in the chat as a map link that players can click on.
